Chiropractic Adjustments
A chiropractic adjustment can make you feel so much better. Your body does not want to be out of alignment, and that’s exactly what an adjustment can help address. It is also known as chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation. The adjustment refers to the manipulation of the vertebrae that have abnormal movements and are not functioning properly. A chiropractic adjustment will assist in fixing these issues.
The goal of chiropractic treatment is to reduce the subluxation, increase the range of motion, reduce nerve irritability, and improve mobility. Our compassionate and qualified chiropractor will work with you to relieve this pain and get you back to being pain free every single day.
Although many people visit their chiropractor and have an adjustment when something feels out of alignment, a regular visit will help you avoid any pain in the future and will keep your body feeling great all day long.
If you are having one of those days when you are not in the best mood, an adjustment may actually help. Your body will feel much better, which will naturally improve your mood.

Prenatal Chiropractic
Research shows that prenatal chiropractic care contributes to a more straightforward labor with less pain and trauma for mother and child. It can improve the balance and alignment of the spine and pelvis and provide a more comfortable pregnancy and delivery for mother and baby. By restoring balance to the nervous system through gentle and specific nervous system-centered chiropractic adjustments, optimal function to the reproductive organs is restored thus supporting the needs of your baby throughout the pregnancy.
Dr. Kellie is certified in Webster Technique from International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and family believes that if you are under chiropractic care during pregnancy, your chiropractor should be certified in this technique.

Pediatric Chiropractic
The birthing process can be a lot for both mom and baby. There is a lot of pressure and forces being exerted into your baby during their journey into this world. A recent study by Viola Frymann demonstrated that 90% of newborns suffered the effects of birth trauma.
No matter the birth the baby can suffer some sort of stress due to a variety of reasons. If these go left uncorrected, this trauma continues to impact a babies spinal growth and development, reducing the healthy function of the nervous system. 65%S of neurological development (development of the brain and nervous system) occurs in the child’s first year.
Things to look for to bring your child in to a chiropractor to get checked:
- Their head is tilted to one side
- They seem to have difficult time feeding on side
- They have a difficult time settling down, sleeping, or inconsolable
